My passion for delivering top-notch service led me to VXI Global Holdings B.V Philippines, where I managed the AT&T Billing Department with efficiency and proficiency until 2020. Not long after that, I thrived in my role as a Reports Analyst at C3/ Customer Contact Channels Philippines Ltd, specializing in workforce and analytics.
In addition to my BPO experience, I also serve as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at JP Morgan Chase, where I assist clients in navigating the mortgage process with integrity and expertise.
