Profile Description

General Management - I manage a department in a Japanese company for real estate, visas, ESL, and travel services for 10 years.

Communication - Since I handle the service company in Makati and the sales team in Japan, giving clear and concise information/ instruction is needed.
We regularly do meetings to make sure everyone knows what their tasks and responsibilities are. This is very important when it comes to dealing with simultaneous projects.

Critical Thinking - My background in Science laid the foundation for critical thinking. In my current work, I use critical thinking by anticipating and solving real estate client issues with developers. This skill is also useful when strategizing SNS projects, especially checking Insights.

Team Management - As projects increase, each team needs to have a bigger picture of what they are doing. I effectively use tools, like Trello, for keeping track of project updates. Not only for internal purposes, but in 2020, I had to manage a freelancer software developer for an online scheduler project required in the ESL service. The entire project lasted for 6 months, from conceptualization to rollout.

Video/ Ad editing - I am a self-taught video editor. I am quite proficient in using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. I have produced more than 30 short clips, 2 corporate profile videos, more than 5 brochures, and too many to mention online ads.

Data Analysis - I'm adept in using spreadsheet applications, including Google Sheets, and knowledgeable in data visualization.

Major accomplishments:
• Set up a domestic corporation
• Maintained partnerships with developers and government agencies
• Created an online scheduler with a software developer
• Received accreditation for visa assistance
• Closed a deal with a travel agency to provide intensive Business English lessons for ex-pats
• Consulted with a service laboratory to get accreditation from a government body
