During my internship as a Sourcing Specialist, I honed my skills in identifying and attracting top talent, utilizing various tools and strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline. I developed expertise in creating effective sourcing strategies, leveraging social media platforms, and job boards, and networking to find the best candidates.
Following my internship, I worked as an HR Recruiter for US-based clients, where my primary focus was hiring delivery drivers for Amazon. In this role, I managed the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing applicants, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, setting appointments for drug screening, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and endorsement for onboarding new hires. My experience has taught me how to assess candidate qualifications and fit effectively, ensuring that the right talent is placed in the right roles.
