Dear Hiring Officer,

I found your advertisement for the vacancy and am very interested in the position. My experience in ecommerce industry specifically in Ebay and E-commerce Vitual Assistant make me the perfect candidate for the job.  I worked as an E-commerce virtual assistant for 2 years. I worked with different E-commerce platform like Walmart, Ebay, Amazon, OutdoorHobbyHub, GoodzGalore, Cartzy and Walmart Seller Center. I was responsible for product research and listing products on his seller's account then posting on Facebook marketplace. I construct item descriptions and all the information about the product. I was also responsible for processing orders, uploading tracking numbers and sourcing products that could give enough profits. I know my skill set and industry knowledge will be helpful and I have some great ideas of my own to contribute. I had worked at Ebay customer service and email/chat support before under the appeals department so I have ideas when it comes to ecommerce. I know how to deal with buyers or sellers in the industry.  I had experienced how to establish rapport and handle problems or feedback.  I believe your project or company will make waves in the industry and I would feel privileged to be a part of such an innovative team. I have computer proficiency skills, leadership experience, communication skills, organizational know-how, people skills, collaboration talent, problem-solving abilities. I am flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing work conditions as well. I have a positive attitude, calm and cheerful when things go wrong. I am also good at communication. I can listen and say information clearly in speaking and writing. I'm also a fast learner when trainings are given.
