As a virtual assistant, I oversee our company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. I analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to build community online.
My major tasks while in my homecare job in The U.A.E. are tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, PEG tube feeding and flushing using machine, suctioning, nebulization, vital signs monitoring, changing catheter. Medicine administration both oral and peg tube on time. Blood sugar monitoring using glucometer. Proper hygiene such as Compete bed bath, perennial care and assisting mobility.
In dental clinic experience I had abroad, I do perform administrative tasks, schedule appointments, take and process payments. Deliver good customer service.
In the BPO industry, I do Technical support for Direct AT&T clients around the globe. Troubleshoot technical issues. Assist programming and billing concerns. Ensure appropriate changes to improve customer satisfaction.
