Hi there! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I started as an agent just like any other in the BPO industry. Worked myself up and after about 6 months, I got promoted as a Training Development Officer/Subject Matter Expert. Stayed with the company for about 2 years but due to rightsizing, my contract was unfortunately terminated. I tried again for a second time and after 3 years with my current BPO company, I am already handling my own team. I also have experience working with Customer Payment Information, Email and Chat Support, as well as Social Media. I'm a very hardworking person, and works well with a team in achieving the ultimate goal which is to provide the best Customer Service there is. I also received several awards even before when I was still an agent/SME/TL (Rockstar - Top Performer for three consecutive quarters) and commendations from our Social Media clients. I stayed for 6 years and 4 months with my previous company and dUpgrade to see actual info to leave as I've already reached my maximum potential. I still want to explore and learn new things, which I know can further improve my career growth in this industry. I have always believed in the saying that we should always strive for excellence and to never settle for mediocrity. I hope that I'll be given a chance to prove myself should I get hired by you.
