- I will do ON-SCREEN take-off using PLANSWIFT for the following:
    - Demolition
    - Siteworks (Landscaping, Paving, Curbs, Poles, etc)
    - Excavation
    - Concrete and rebars (footings, columns, beams, slabs,)
    - Masonry (concrete block, brick, stone)
    - Metals  (structural steel framing, joists, decorative metals, etc.)
    - Thermal and Moisture Protection (Insulation, water/vapor barriers
    - Wood - timber/lumber, Plastic & Composites, Studs, Joists, Posts, Headers,                 Beams, Roofing
    - Finishes  (paintings, tiles, floor, walls, ceilings, facades)
    - Furnishes (Countertops)
    - Millwork, FFE
    - Waterproofing

- The estimation will be provided in 
    - MS EXCEL
    - PDF
    - PLANSWIFT FILE 

- My proficiency extends to various software programs such as 
    1.) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
    2.) Planswift Estimating  
    3.) Applicad Roof Wizard 
    4.) Autocad | Sketch-up   
    6.) Google apps and other digital online platforms
    9.) Canva | Kinemaster
