Profile Description

I have 6 years of experience in an office set up which helped develop my administrative, sales, and communication skills. I haveì a superb managerial skills; I used to manage an International Japanese store here in the Philippines. I require minimal to none supervision as I have managed and supervised the store alone for years. This includes getting shipping quotes, requesting shipping, inspection and inventory of stocks, sales talk, customer service, and the likes. While doing so, I managed our Facebook page as well which now has 3,300 followers. This includes uploading photos, creating captivating posts, responding to inquiries, and getting foot traffics. In addition to that, I handled Human Resource, too, and have built great relationships with our clients. Trust me, I'm good in building rapport!

You need someone with phone skills? No worries! I used to work in a Call Center as a Customer Service Representative.

You need someone patient? You are definitely looking at the right profile! I'm currently working as a Trainer and tutor for ESL companies.  Irate customers- may they be kids or adults; I can handle them!
