Profile Description

I have extensive experience in various roles within accounting
field, having work in different industries. My roles have included Accounting
Assistant and Purchasing Assistant where I have gained my skills both in
procurement and financial tasks. As an Accounting assistant, I handled various
accounting tasks, like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Reconciling accounts and assisting our Accountant in preparing monthly financial reports. As a Purchasing Assistant I would involve in actively collaborating with reliable suppliers, negotiate favourable terms, optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services, preparing purchase orders based on requisitions from departments, ensuring orders are placed accurately and timely, tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery, resolving any discrepancies with invoices and deliveries by cross checking invoice against the purchase orders, and maintaining records of purchases and vendors
contracts. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant in an Australian company and was assigned in Purchasing Department. I also undergone training in Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeping using QuickBooks online to provided a high quality service to my clients.
