I spent 20 months as a Learning Specialist where I conducted and Facilitated English Language Training to BPO New-Hires. I specialized in Accent Neutralization, Grammar and Vocabulary, Tone of Voice and Clarity of Thought. This role also allowed me to develop training materials and assist in developing advanced curriculums including leadership trainings.

I have been conducting the complete onboarding process for a Contact Center in Davao City. I am involved in the sourcing, screening, hiring, and training process of applicants. I have created a streamlined playbook and am currently training 2 recruitment specialists in their roles.

I began as a communication assistant where I provided relay service for the hard-of-hearing clientele through near-real time captions using a speech-to-text software. I have recently taken charge of the Payroll Ecosystem of my current company. I monitor attendance with my designed timesheet, create payroll guides for employees, and make adjustments every payout as needed based on government deductions, overtime and holidays, and employee attendance.

I have been creating hiring posts and social media content for various clients since March 2024. My clientele include BPOs, Medical Institutions, and Lodging Apartelles. I create hiring posts, infomercials, seminar/training invitations, and multiple reels and videos for my client's social media sites.
