Hi! I have been in the real estate industry for almost 5 years now.I started cold-calling, then became a Team lead and Operations Manager. I have managed 15 to 20 appointment setters for Real estate campaigns.I also have experience pulling county/MLS data, managing data, performing deep searches, D4D, skiptracing, SMS blasting, creating SMS templates, creating campaigns for different marketing channels, and preparing daily and weekly KPI reports.
I just recently handled a start-up Real Estate wholesale team of 5 cold callers, 1 acquisitions manager, and 1 admin.
I was managing the whole operation from:
- Creating targeted filtered data to pull and run it in Readymode for the callers,
- Training the callers, and making sure they could handle the call and seller's objections.
- Auditing their calls and making sure that targets and KPIs are being hit daily and weekly.
- Reviewing leads in our CRM,
- Meeting with the acquisitions manager for the action plan of each prospective leads,
- Making sure all have a follow-up date and every lead is being followed up on,
- Creating purchase agreements, sending them to sellers for those accepted offers,
- Creating a Canva disposition ad for those contracts signed and sending it to buyers via
- Communicating with the inspection company and title company.
