Profile Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, I execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various industries, such as technology, finance, and manufacturing. I source and screen top-tier candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process, using effective communication and relationship-building skills. I have successfully filled multiple positions within tight deadlines, contributing to building high-performing teams that drive organizational success.

I also have 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-level executives and ensuring smooth operations in fast-paced, demanding settings. I have honed my organizational and multitasking abilities, mastering the art of prioritization, adaptability, and confidentiality. I have supported key decision-makers in managing large projects, coordinating events, and handling complex administrative tasks.

I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Mindanao, where I gained in-depth knowledge and skills in various aspects of HR, such as employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.
