Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info, I'm a fast learning, detail oriented, reliable individual and I enjoy helping others. My specialization lies in excellent and quality customer phone support, chat and email support, data entry, virtual assistance, email management, and order processing. My goal is to impart my knowledge, skills, and expertise to my clients and to support and contribute to their business demands towards success.
I have a bookkeeping experience when I was still working with Convergys; I worked with accounting software called Intuit Quickbooks; most of our clients were ProAdvisors we helped them with any issues they have both in Quickbooks Desktop and QBO. I was also a Subject Matter expert and was able to do multitasking by helping the agents who need support while doing admin task. I have experience with e-Commerce which is Fingerhut as a Sales Representative. Being with BPO for eight years helped me improved my English communication skills and how to manage/handle different type of clients.
I can provide help on various data entry projects as well as manage other tasks assigned to the best of my capabilities. I'm excellent in MS Excel/MS Upgrade to see actual infopable of doing order entry works which was my previous job experience.
