Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat or email.Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent Upgrade to see actual infotermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network Upgrade to see actual infostall and configure hardware and software components.Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.Ensure that user requests and concerns are recorded, affirmed, and categorized for further handling.Ensure that various types of data are conveyed to users through proper channels.Improve the previous methods through assessment, review, and reporting, as well as developing competence, exchanging ideas, and other organizational changes.
