Profile Description

I have 8 long years of experience with BPO industry focusing on customer service, technical support, sales and complaints management. I have handled various positions, from a regular CSR, was promoted to a Team Leader, and later on as an Engagement Leader handling various projects, covering 300 employees of the company.

Along side my regular job, I worked as an Admin Assistant/ Executive Assistant of a Medical Professional from the US, part time. I have handled mostly admin tasks, reply to emails, set appointment schedules, call clients for possible appointments, keep records and submit reports to physician. I sorted all client documents, attached it on their charts online for easy access and retrieval. I have done some clinical research to aid various project headed by my client too. 

When pandemic came, I needed to embrace the VA world full time. I worked as a General Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Specialist for a client, taking customer enquiries over the phone, chat and email, maintaining system performances, monitoring orders and reporting technical issues to assigned team. I also scheduled meetings with the team for constant improvement of processes, and even created a manual for the entire business process. I also helped create reports and managed client's calendar. 

Back in 2022, I started working with a client from a Packaging Industry. I was an Executive Assistant/ Digital Marketing Specialist. I was doing online Marketing helping clients improve their sales through acquiring new customers. From lead generation to nurturing, I have been doing it all. Send out emails and reach out to potentials leads and introduce the business, creating automations on the CRM to drive engagement with leads, putting them into campaigns, updating social media accounts and drive engagement with audience. I acted as an executive assistant and part of my job was to manage and organize calendar, hold meetings and send invitations, manage emails, create presentations, send communications and other clerical duties.
