Medical Biller: I handle Medicaid billing and manage Accounts receivable and Collections. My primary duties are helping long-term care facilities with their billing responsibilities, such as submitting claims to the insurance companies, fixing rejected claims, rectifying claims issues, coordinating with the insurance companies to address all claim denials, reviewing remits, posting payments, submitting authorization, checking patients' benefits information, addressing all emails, and consistent email follow-up with insurance provider representative for claims issue to resolve. 

Customer service position: I provide quality service to the customer during phone calls, both inbound and outbound. I strictly follow the company's rules and regulations and highly implement "customer satisfaction is my top priority" on my daily calls. My primary duties are answering customer questions, resolving issues, troubleshooting, and transferring the call to the correct dept if necessary.

FBA Product researcher: I have acquired excellent Product research and Product Sourcing skills. I Provide a superb Job in sourcing profitable products that would help clients grow sales per month. My responsibilities are searching for good Products and analyzing product details such as (Buybox, the number of sellers on the listing, product reviews, and product sales history). I also do calculations to get the Profit, Profit margin, and ROI. I make good deals when sourcing products and don't settle for less.
