I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and am a Certified Human Resources Associate. I've been in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry for almost two years now. I do the sourcing, posting of job vacancies, and screening of the applicants' resumes. I've handled different job roles in the BPO industry (CSRs and bilinguals) and in a fintech company. I also have experience in sourcing IT roles, app developers, finance roles, cyber security, and other managerial and supervisory roles.
