Employer Branding and Market Insights:

Offer Management and Onboarding:
• Facilitate the negotiation and presentation of job offers, ensuring alignment with clients' compensation guidelines and candidates' expectations.
• Coordinate and support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and contributing to their successful integration into the organization.
