I've been working as an E-commerce and customer service VA for three years now via Upwork and Upgrade to see actual info. I've only been freelancing as I had to focus on my studies first but I have already graduated and would want to have a more permanent work arrangement as compared to freelancing. I hope you become my next boss!

I have experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Shopify stores. I also have basic knowledge of Facebook ads, Messenger marketing (such as ManyChat), and Amazon PPC. With customer service, I have handled both chat and email management tasks. I'm a jack of all trades and I'm always willing to learn and gain new knowledge. 

I am also a proactive, tactical, and competent Amazon Product Researcher that provides hassle-free product hunting to Amazon FBA Seller. I have rendered my full potential in sourcing winning products using sales-generating tools that will convert to high profit for an E-commerce business. I help Amazon FBA Seller who needs solid Amazon Product Research Services for online/retail/wholesale arbitrage.

My schedule is always flexible but just like any other job, I would want a day or two of rest in a week. But I am willing to render a few hours of work even during my rest days, especially with customer service work.
