Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology.I have had the opportunity to function in the field of (HR) Human Resource setting particularly in Recruitment and Employee Relation for 10 years. I am Responsible in sourcing of applicants thru various channels for all manpower requirements,Facilitates screening, testing, and hiring of applicants. Conducts Initial/face to face Interview and endorsed applicants to Hiring managers for final interview. I Checked the completeness of documentation requirements of newly hired employees. I Conducted company policy orientation,company profile and employees benefits. I am Responsible in making Incident Violation reports to employees who violated. 
I also had an experienced working as Customer Service Specialist for 3 years,answering inquiries & concerns raised by the client by giving proper information.
I have had an experience working as Recruitment Admin Virtual Assistant, responsible in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and posting Jobs in social media channel. Perform data entry and assist clients administrative task. I creat Job advert & posting to corresponding Upgrade to see actual infomunicates candidates over the phone, linked In and other channels to collect information. I am open for new Job opportunities. 
I am proficient in using all Google products most importantly - Google
drive, sheets, mail and docs, outlook and some oracle system.A self-motivated, persistent, goal oriented and a self-driven individual. Highly trainable and fast learner. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook & some oracle system.
