Are you looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant that can helped you manage your company's administrative tasks in a smooth and orderly way? Are you looking for a graphic artist that will make your product pictures look aesthetic and catchy? If yes, I can't wait to talk to you and present or share my knowledge and skills with you. I am currently working as a full-time executive secretary of a College President. As additional tasks, I am also the Records Officer/Communication Officer/FB Page Manager of the College and working from 8am to 5pm (Philippine Standard Time). I will be willing to work for an extra time maybe between 6:30pm-10:00pm (Philippine Standard Time).

As an executive secretary/assistant, managing my boss's schedule and executing instructions excellently is a second nature to me. Also, having multiple designation helped me be able to multitask, and manage my time properly to meet deadlines. This made me more knowledgeable, not only in my specific designation but also those additional designations that were given to me. Like being a Records Officer made me expert in classifying records and how to properly safekeep those records. As a Communication Officer, I was able to properly create and disseminate Memoranda, Outgoing Letters, etc. Lastly, being an FB Page Manager helped me be more familiar in Facebook and other Social Media platform and how to use them, plus some of my graphic designing skills when it comes to announcements, to make the College more visible to the target clients.
