JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated professional to lead the creation and management of an Online Real Estate Investment Course. This course will empower new investors to gain confidence, understand the fundamentals of real estate investing, and build their dream teams (agents, brokers, contractors, handymen, property managers, etc.). A key component of the course will involve teaching students how to analyze properties using our custom property analysis software, driving them to adopt the software for their investment needs.

As the Course Creator & Manager, you will oversee the entire project, from content development to marketing and platform management. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone with expertise in eLearning, digital marketing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development:

Design and create engaging, high-quality course materials, including scripts, slide decks, and worksheets.
Simplify complex real estate concepts for beginner investors.
Develop tutorials on how to effectively use the property analysis software.

2. Video Production:

Plan, record, and edit professional-quality course videos.
Enhance videos with animations, captions, and visuals for better learner engagement.

3. Platform Setup & Management:

Research and recommend the best hosting platform (e.g., Thinkific, Kajabi).
Organize and structure the course on the platform, ensuring smooth navigation for students.
Manage student enrollments and course access.

4. Marketing & Advertising:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote the course.
Create social media campaigns, email newsletters, and digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
Analyze ad performance and optimize for higher enrollment.

5. Community Building & Support:

Foster a sense of community among course participants through forums, webinars, or Q&A sessions.
Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Project Management:

Oversee the timeline, deliverables, and milestones for the course creation process.
Regularly report on project status, course metrics, and ROI.
Continuously improve the course based on student feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven track record in creating and managing online courses or eLearning projects.

Skills:

Video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Digital marketing, including ad management and analytics.
Instructional design and curriculum development.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with real estate investing concepts is a plus, or a willingness to learn quickly.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and course platforms (Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi).

Communication:

Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in real estate, finance, or business.
Experience with SaaS product tutorials or marketing.
Graphic design skills to create marketing and course materials.
