Caring For All Healthcare Services I looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our home care business. This role combines administrative support with social media management and digital content creation, making it essential for promoting our services and engaging with our community.
Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls and respond to
Maintain office organization and manage schedules as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
Proficient English/ accent reduction
Graphic Design: Canva Experience
Customer Service experience
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Social Media experience
Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset, and multiple monitors.
Low frequency of power outages
Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok,
Design funnel graphics and run social media ads to promote our services.
Write and format eBooks and other digital products relevant to homecare.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks and presentations.
Proficient in GHL platform (CRM)
