Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant - Automotive Sales Support (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Automotive Sales team. This is a part-time, remote role with the opportunity for growth in both hours and responsibilities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging Prospects: Make calls and send
Appointment Setting: Manage the sales team's schedule by booking qualified appointments with prospects.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate prospects to determine their level of interest and readiness to move forward with our services.
Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient follow-up on leads.
Decision-Making: When necessary, make informed decisions to resolve issues and provide solutions on behalf of the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-5 years in a virtual assistant role, preferably with experience in sales or the automotive industry.
Communication Skills: Strong phone and
Organized & Proactive: Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and anticipate the needs of the sales team.
Positive Attitude: A can-do mindset and a commitment to supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
Compensation:
Performance-Based Pay: In addition to base pay, this role includes a commission structure based on sales performance (1099).
Sign-On Bonus: Receive a sign-on bonus during the training period.
Sales Incentives: Opportunities to earn additional incentives based on successful sales and appointment setting.
