About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to contribute to construction projects without being tied to a physical site. As a Virtual Project Engineer / Administrator, you’ll support project planning, coordination, and administrative tasks from anywhere, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution tasks.
- Coordinate project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and update progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders via email and video calls.
- Assist in creating and managing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and other compliance documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital files for project records.
- Track project timelines and follow up on key deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase orders, and data entry.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Education:
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project administration (virtual experience is a bonus).
- A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
