Your Role & Responsibilities:
???? Transaction Coordination: Oversee real estate transactions from start to close, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and follow-ups are handled with precision.
???? Property Management: Manage tenant communications, maintenance requests, and utility setups/disconnections.
???? Administrative & Executive Support: Handle schedules, email management, reports, and high-level coordination.
???? Client & Tenant Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and clients—resolving issues promptly and professionally.
???? Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, automate tasks, and streamline operations to make our business run smoother.

Must-Have Qualifications:
? Fluent in English (written & verbal); Spanish is a plus
? Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support, real estate, or property management
? Excellent organizational & time management skills
? Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Drive, CRMs, Excel, and digital tools
? Reliable High-Speed Internet (No exceptions)
? Noise-Canceling Headset (Professional calls are a major part of this role)
? Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
? Ability to Work Under Pressure & Handle High-Stress Situations with Confidence
