Hey there! My name is Brenden Trojan, a professional magician and mentalist. I perform at schools, companies, and other private events across the United States. My business is rapidly growing; and so, I am looking to hire an amazing full time virtual executive assistant to help me manage my magic business and grow with me!
It’s a really fun industry I’m in, and with the rapid growth, I need help answering inquiry
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written English language skills (for
- Customer service experience (friendly, professional, responsive)
- Excellent organization skills (detail oriented, great scheduling skills,) and creating systems to make things run smoother
- Availability to work business hours (~9 AM to 5 PM) Eastern Standard Time (EST)

- Have social media experience (Instagram, TikTok,
- Have editing experience for videos (Used as Social Media Posts)
- Have a background or interest in business management, entrepreneurship, or marketing
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
There's lots of opportunity to learn new skills and develop, but generally:
- Corresponding with current/potential clients via
- Summarizing and sending proposal
- Scheduling sales calls, bookings, and other appointments in a calendar
- Tracking progress and client information in spreadsheets, or a CRM system
- Creating and sending out invoices, contracts, and other documents to clients
- Assisting with social media posting and basic content creation
THE FUN STUFF
- Pay: TBD ($600-$800 USD per month), this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
- Full time: 40 hours/week, 9-5 pm US Eastern Time Zone (willing to be flexible within 1-2 hours of this time frame)
