JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking for a very detail-oriented addition to our team. The role is in growing real estate investment business in the SE United States.

You need to be consistent, accurate, and minimizing errors - your main bookkeeping responsibilities will be to manage company financial data, focusing on daily financial transactions and ensuring that everything is maintained properly in our software systems. Also you need to understand our daily business operations to be able to help to crucial property management functions like advertising & operations as well as act as an Executive Assistant.

What we need from you:
1. Self-starter; we will provide plenty of training, but need you to take initiative and be a problem solver
2. Experience with Buildium software for property management will be considered a huge plus
3. General experience with bookkeeping for real estate / property managemenet businesses
4. Very minimal accent, completely fluent in English (please include a video sample)

Education: bachelor’s degree preferred (master’s degree a bonus but by no means required)
Pay: This role is full time and pays up to $7/hr starting, with room for growth. Please let us know your compensation target. The role is full time but starting first 1-2 months at up to 20hours/week and scaling up to 40 by the start of month 3.

Work Hours: 8AM-5PM EST with one hour lunch break (9PM-6AM Manila time)

Growth potential: As you grow in experience in the company, and our business grows, you may specialize on either property management or EA work and take on higher level responsibilities, depending on your interests! You will learn a lot about managing a real estate investment business and become an essential partner to the owner.

Technology required:
1. Strong/reliable internet connection
2. Work from home preferred- dual monitors preferable

Qualifications:
• Attention to details
• Proven bookkeping experience, prefferably in property management
• Basic accountint knowledge
• Self-initiative and can-do attitude
• Knowledge of Buildium software
• Excel (or google sheets)
