Position: Virtual Assistant/Project Manager
Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Pay: $500-$900/month (based on skill/experience)

We’re now looking for a **Virtual Assistant/Project Manager** to keep us organized, hit deadlines, and ensure both our team and clients stay on track.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As our Virtual Assistant/Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

### Project Coordination
- Managing the pipeline of content and ad creation projects.
- Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Tracking progress and providing weekly updates to the team.

### Client Communication
- Onboarding new clients
- Ensuring smooth communication between the team and clients to keep projects on track.
- Providing updates on project progress and meeting client expectations.
- Relaying client feedback to the team and ensuring it’s addressed efficiently.
- Supporting the business owner with day-to-day communication and updates as needed.

### Content and Ad Support
- Organizing raw content submissions and ensuring timely delivery.
- Setting up ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and YouTube, following detailed SOPs.
- Verifying ad creatives meet platform specifications and campaign objectives.
- Optimizing/scheduling content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for maximum performance.

### Coordination
- Assisting with onboarding new team members and ensuring they understand SOPs and workflows.
- Onboarding new clients and setting up their dashboard/providing them with our resources.

### Administrative Tasks
- Maintaining project management tools like Notion, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and others.
- Assisting with reporting performance metrics for clients and internal projects.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Organized and thrives on structure.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.
- Proactive, anticipating needs and solving challenges before they arise.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Notion, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- A problem solver who thinks critically and works independently.

### Requirements

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media/ads management is a plus.
- Availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM-5 PM EST) and on weekends.
- Advanced skills in Notion.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable work setup.
- Willing to work weekends.
