JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing AI and automation consulting company seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to join our team. Our mission is to streamline and optimize business processes for our clients using cutting-edge AI solutions. You will play a critical role as the liaison between our clients, developers, and founder.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction.
-Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing concerns or redirecting queries as needed.
-Schedule client meetings as needed

Project Management:

-Oversee the progress of multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
-Collaborate with our developer to gather updates and communicate milestones or roadblocks to clients.
-Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or Asana).

Team Collaboration:

-Serve as the bridge between the developer, clients, and the CEO, ensuring clear communication of tasks and updates.
-Relay technical feedback from developers to clients in easy-to-understand terms.

Process Improvement:

-Identify opportunities to improve workflows and ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in project management or as a virtual assistant in a similar role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency with project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Discord).
-Basic understanding of tech and development processes (preferred but not required).
-Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to solve problems.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
