About Hyperscale

At Hyperscale, we help fast-growing health and wellness brands scale with paid advertising. We use a combination of direct response UGC creatives, performance media buying and high-converting funnels to scale our clients’ ads aggressively.
We primarily focus on TikTok advertising, but also provide Facebook and Google advertising services for some of our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Help post in Facebook groups and on Upgrade to see actual info, Backstage and Indeed seeking UGC creators in the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Sift through applications and find the best applicants. Send best applicants to your creative strategist for review and send test tasks to the applicants they approve.

2. Help onboard successful creators from item 1 using standardized onboarding process and keep a record of creator performance over time.

3. Help reach out to the creators and confirm their availability and ensure they have no conflicting commitments.

4. Once clients approves the creators, send a CSV file with the creator’s shipping details to the client. Request the tracking information from the client, and keep track of shipments to ensure that there are no delivery issues.

5. Format ad scripts provided to you by the Creative Strategists into creative briefs.

6. Review footage provided by creators to ensure that it is accurate according to the brief. If any mistakes have been made, request that the creator fixes the mistakes.

7. Help the project manager ensure that creators fees are paid monthly via Stoke’s billing cycles.

8. Respond to any client questions in Slack channels related to Creators (including shipments, availability, etc) within 12 hours from Monday to Friday.

9. Respond to questions from your team and/or manager in Slack within 12 hours from Monday to Friday. Any questions sent over the weekend can be answered within 12 hours on Monday.

10. Attend a weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting with your Manager, Lead Media Buyer, Creative Strategist and Video Editor and assess performance on each account, set key priorities for each account and assign action items to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

11. Attend a weekly 1-on-1 meeting with your manager to discuss performance of accounts and monitor your progress and development.
