Position: Virtual Assistant
Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM CST
Status: Part-Time to Full-Time (Part-Time to start, Full-Time after 90 day performance review)
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

-Customer Communication: Handle all incoming calls professionally, answering inquiries, providing information, and guiding clients as needed.
-Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for property viewings, consultations, and other client services.
-Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, managing email correspondence, and maintaining records.
-Problem Solving: Address customer concerns with empathy and effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
-Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is essential. You must sound friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
-Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administrative roles, or real estate support is a plus.
-Tech Savvy: Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and CRMs.
-Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Problem-Solving Abilities: Calm, resourceful, and professional when handling client challenges.
