JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a growing wholesale real estate business looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help with lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be using Launch Control to send SMS messages to land and homeowners, inquiring if they are interested in selling. You will also be responsible for managing the platform and maintaining an accurate CRM.

Responsibilities:
• Use Launch Control to send and manage SMS outreach campaigns.
• Track responses, categorize leads, and keep the CRM updated.
• Manage and optimize the Launch Control platform for efficiency.
• Provide daily reports on messaging performance and lead follow-ups.
• Follow scripts while personalizing conversations to engage potential sellers.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines when communicating with leads.
• Work closely with our team to ensure a steady pipeline of motivated sellers.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in a virtual assistant role or real estate wholesaling.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in messaging platforms, email, and CRM software.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication tools.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Language: Fluent in English with a clear and professional communication style.
