JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a personal assistant who can help me with managing my tasks and to-dos. My life is quite busy, juggling work and personal commitments, and I need someone who can help streamline this for me. I need someone with good people skills and a great work ethic. Good organizational skills and the ability to speak English is needed for this position.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and managing tasks across my digital platforms
- Keeping track of deadlines and deliverables
- Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
- Scheduling appointments and meetings as per my availability.
- Providing daily progress reports on task completions and upcoming deadlines.

Currently, I manage my tasks primarily through Monday.com. Therefore, your ability to integrate with this platform is crucial. I also appreciate someone who is proactive, reliable and can maintain a high level of organization.

Answer phone calls and respond to calls and messages.
Schedule appointments and manage my calendar.
Manage our social media accounts.
Assist with management of real estate portfolio.
Manage my email accounts
Check email daily and sort and provide a daily short report of emails I need to review and emails you handled.
Create spreadsheets and flyers
Assist me with other matters within our multi faceted growing real estate company, candle company, trucking company, as well as my other companies.

The assistant should also integrate task management with Google Calendar. Daily progress reports should be updated through Monday.com. The assistant has some flexibility in work hours.
