Virtual Assistant- Youtube Channel Uploads

Job Type: Part-time, initially around 1-2 hours per day with the expectation of growing to 3-4 hours per day. Flexibility is a must, as the hours may increase to 5-6 hours per day as we expand our portfolio and increase the number of videos we post in the coming months.

About the Channels:

Hey there! I run four YouTube channels and I'm eager to launch more. As I want to grow to the next level, I need a right-hand person to help with the daily Channel Uploads, including the adding of metadata. The team currently consists of around 35-40 members, expanding to 50 soon. Our vision is to entertain, inspire, and educate our viewers throughout the world through engaging content that spans nostalgia, discovery, and creativity.

Let me tell you about the channels. Two of them tap into nostalgia, focusing on celebrities and iconic moments from the 1960s to the 1980s. Two channels delve into space, discovery, and more. (Channel names can be sent upon request.)

Job Description:
As someone who’s incharge of the channel uploads, you'll oversee the uploading including the metadata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all video uploads are timely, accurately tagged with appropriate metadata, and optimized for search visibility. Initially you’ll be working on a part-time basis for about 2-3 hours per day. As we scale up, especially in the last Quarter of the year, we could expand your time to 5-6 hours a day.

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily upload for all video content on YouTube.
Add appropriate titles, descriptions, and tags (metadata) to optimize videos for search and discovery.
Stay updated on best practices for SEO and video metadata optimization.
Troubleshoot any issues related to video uploads or metadata.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Youtube content uploading process. Proven experience is a plus.
Familiarity with YouTube's content management system and its best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
