Virtual Assistant Specialist

I am looking for an extremely experienced and savvy Virtual Assistant. This person must have significant experience with Airbnb. The candidate should be highly proficient in syncing software platforms and utilizing them to their full potential. I am looking for an EXPERT for a long-term partnership, with massive growth potential. (Note: Only applications with verified experience will be considered.)

Key Responsibilities:
* Guest communication
* Turning unhappy guests into 5-star reviews
* Taking responsibility for bad reviews and preventing them at all costs
* Coordinating with maintenance teams?.
* Solving complex problems independently
* Identifying and implementing system improvements
* Proactively taking on additional responsibilities
* Potentially manage the whole communication team

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing a team of virtual assistants for a short-term rental company, or holding a high-level management position at Airbnb.
* Strictly no other commitments, as this role requires full-time attention
* Strong motivation to work very hard and be compensated accordingly
* Ideally located in the Philippines (not mandatory)
