Job Summary:
Join our fast-growing real estate team specializing in property flipping, rentals, and renovations! We’re looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant to manage projects, handle administrative tasks, communicate with tenants, and elevate our social media with engaging video content. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Handle material orders, property documents, permits, schedules, and inspections.
Communication & Admin: Schedule appointments, post ads, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate property showings and offers.
Tenant & Rental Management: Communicate with tenants, coordinate rental listings, handle inquiries, and assist with lease agreements and property maintenance tasks.
Financial Management: Update financial records, manage insurance tasks, and request refunds.
Property Management: Set up property listings, track renovation progress, manage dumpsters, and handle social media postings.
Contractor Management: Interview contractors, track receipts, and oversee logistics.
Social Media & Video Editing: Develop and execute social media strategies, edit and post engaging video content, manage paid campaigns, and engage with followers on platforms like Instagram,
Special Projects: Also you will be assisting the CEO with other ad hoc projects as they arise.
Requirements:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Experience in tenant communication and rental management
Video editing skills for social media
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Familiarity with productivity tools and social media platforms
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
