About Us:
Vanhousing Painters LLC is a well-established painting company specializing in interior and exterior residential painting, as well as kitchen cabinet painting. We are growing and looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Who We're Looking For:
We need a reliable and proactive virtual assistant who can handle daily administrative tasks, communicate professionally with clients, and help schedule and manage painting projects. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and great at keeping things organized, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and text
* GoHighLevel data analytics and workflow automation.
• Schedule appointments for estimates.
• Handle invoices, payments, and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain and update our CRM and project management systems
• Assist with social media updates and light marketing tasks

Requirements:
*Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM is a must
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Manager (home service industry preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a backup plan for outages.
• Reliable computer setup (at least 8GB RAM preferred)
• Ability to work Pacific Time (Seattle business hours)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Long-term commitment (we’re looking for someone to grow with us)
