Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation and Web Development Specialist

We are looking for a talented and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing lead generation campaigns and prospect outreach using tools like Zoom Info and Salesforce. In addition, they should have experience with building and maintaining lead generation websites using platforms such as WordPress or Wix.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and execute outreach campaigns to target new prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Use tools like Zoom Info and Salesforce to organize leads, set up campaigns, and maintain an effective outreach cadence.
Build and maintain custom lead generation websites on platforms like WordPress or Wix to support various business initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.
Provide administrative support and assist with various projects as needed.
Top Skills Needed:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Experience in managing lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, emailing, and utilizing CRM tools (Zoom Info, Salesforce) to track and manage prospects.

Web Development (WordPress/Wix): Proficiency in designing and developing lead generation websites on WordPress or Wix, including knowledge of plugins, themes, SEO, and site optimization for maximum effectiveness.

Communication & Organization: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits:
Starting Salary: 20,000 PHP/month, with performance-based bonuses.
13th Month Pay: Guaranteed 13th-month pay as part of the compensation package.
Raises: Pay increase after successful completion of the first 3 months.
