We are seeking an organized and client-focused Virtual Assistant to manage two critical functions: client onboarding and client success. This role will be responsible for creating and managing a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and projects while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement in service delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and will continuously monitor client relationships to enhance the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Create a tailored onboarding plan for each new client or project, reviewing the plan with leadership and adjusting as needed.
Lead onboarding meetings with clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely completion of all tasks.
Update the onboarding project plan weekly, managing timelines and deliverables.
Follow up with both clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed as per the project plan.
Client Success:
Once onboarding is complete, continue to check in with clients regularly to monitor satisfaction and address any concerns.
Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance the quality of client work.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Serve as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the accounting or finance industry.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
Ability to lead meetings and give presentations to clients
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate client needs.
Experience with project management tools (Asana) and accounting software (QuickBooks Online) is a plus.

Compensation/Schedule:
$5-7/hour, 10-20 hours/week part-time at the current level of clients. This role is expected to grow to full-time in the future.
