I own a rapidly growing Financial Advisory firm in Arizona and am looking for my first Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized and free up my time. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Manage company books, track expenses, and maintain accuracy in QuickBooks.
Administrative Support: Handle
Client Communication: The ability to interact professionally with clients is a big plus.
Social Media Management (Bonus): If you have experience creating and managing social media content, that’s a great addition.
What I’m Looking For:
High competency in English.
Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills are essential.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Availability during 10 AM – 7 PM Arizona Time is preferred, but I offer flexibility.
Open to 20 to 40 hours per week, with potential for growth.
Compensation & Growth:
Competitive pay with PTO, salary increases, and quarterly bonus eligibility after six months.
