Mizzi Media is a fast-growing media production company specialising in content creation for the construction industry. We seek a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, streamline workflows, and help us stay productive.

Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Support

Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and organise inboxes
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle data entry, document organization, and reporting
? Social Media & Marketing Assistance

Schedule and post content across social media platforms
? Customer & Client Support

Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or social media
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates
Handle service requests and minor troubleshooting
? Sales & Lead Generation

Research and qualify leads for outreach
Assist with follow-ups and scheduling sales calls
Maintain and update databases with new contacts
? Bookkeeping & Finance Support (if applicable)

? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Proactive, able to work independently and problem-solve
? Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello/Asana
? Experience with social media management is a plus
? Background in customer service or sales support is preferred
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
