Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support administrative, customer service, and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Manage
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, discovery calls, and follow-ups with dental providers.
-Maintain and update provider listings, ensuring accurate business details.
-Assist in data entry and CRM management.
-Organize and track internal documents, including contracts and agreements.
Customer Support & Engagement:
-Handle provider inquiries and offer assistance with account setup and navigation.
-Assist with resolving provider issues or escalating concerns as needed.
-Manage live chat and respond to messages on social media.
Marketing & Content Support:
-Assist in drafting and scheduling
-Support social media management by engaging with comments, messages, and posts.
-Assist with content creation, including light copywriting and blog posting.
-Monitor online reviews and respond professionally when necessary.
Automation & Workflow Assistance:
-Monitor
-Track paid engagement and send follow-up messages when needed.
-Assist in tracking performance metrics and compiling reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and CRM systems.
-Familiarity with social media platforms
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
