What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll wear many hats in this role, all with the goal of helping our team stay on top of tasks, deliver quality experiences, and ensure things get done efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Keep Us Financially Organized

Help with bookkeeping to keep our numbers in check.
Manage invoicing with accuracy and a touch of care.
Vendor Whisperer

Coordinate orders and maintain great relationships with our vendors.
Track invoices and make sure everything is squared away on time.
Inventory Detective

Audit inventory levels and ensure we’re always stocked up.
Prepare reports so the team stays informed.
Team Onboarding Guru

Assist with onboarding new team members, making sure paperwork is complete and organized.
Maintain employee records with confidentiality and care.
Taskmaster Extraordinaire

Manage and track tasks for the team so we hit deadlines with ease.
Provide helpful reminders and keep us all on track.
Hiring Helper

Review job applications with a sharp eye for talent.
Schedule interviews and keep things moving in the hiring process.
Catering Concierge

Handle catering inquiries like a pro—respond quickly, provide quotes, and confirm bookings.

What We’re Looking For:

-Someone who is organized and detail-oriented but knows how to have fun while doing it.
-Experience with bookkeeping (QuickBooks is a bonus) and task management tools (Asana or Trello preferred).
-A self-starter who thrives working independently but values teamwork.
-Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other useful tools.
-Strong communicator—both in writing and speaking.
-Experience with HR, inventory, or catering management is a huge plus!
