JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with multiple brands, including our Recruitment department and projects in the life coaching space. Your role will combine administrative excellence with a flair for social media marketing and content creation, making you an integral part of our dynamic team.

As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Providing efficient and accurate assistance to our Recruitment Consultants.
Candidate Sourcing: Conducting searches on job boards, databases, and social media to identify top talent.
Social Media Marketing:
Producing engaging and visually appealing social media posts and reels for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Designing graphics for job advertisements, life coaching promotions, and other branding materials using Canva.
Developing creative content strategies to enhance engagement and visibility across platforms.
Video Marketing: Creating and starring in professional and personable video reach-outs (tools and scripts provided).
Client and Candidate Outreach: Communicating with potential clients and candidates via email, phone, and video platforms.
Content Creation for Life Coaching Brands:
Creating fresh, attractive content (graphics, posts, reels) tailored to the life coaching audience.
Brainstorming and implementing creative ideas to align with brand identity and goals.
Producing content from scratch with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
Database and Record Management: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records across platforms.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proven administrative expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Expertise in Canva; familiarity with other graphic or video editing tools is a bonus.
A creative mindset with a strong ability to produce visually appealing content from scratch.
Experience in social media marketing, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
Speed and efficiency in creating content and completing tasks.
Preferred but not required:

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or related fields.
Familiarity with additional design or content creation tools.
