Hey! I am the owner of a tech recruitment company, based in the UK. Thank you for taking the time to read this :)

The most important thing I'm looking for in a Virtual Assistant is someone with a great attitude. The kind of person that truly enjoys working as part of a team. Skills can be taught, but attitude can’t.

The kind of person that enjoys having fun and jokes at work, and wants to be part of a fun working culture. If you’re looking for a role which requires no interaction, this would not be right for you!

The role will be quite bespoke, and full training will be provided - both in person and in note form. You will also have a mentor assigned to you specifically for as long as you need! There are various positions available in the business, and suitability will be assessed if things proceed to interview stage.

One thing for sure, is that you’re joining the business at an incredibly exciting time! We envision the team will double in size by the end of the year (from 4 people to 8 people) and there isn’t a more exciting time to be joining! We also offer a personal and team bonus scheme; the better you and the company perform, the higher your bonus will be :)

The requirement will be for 40 hours a week between Monday and Friday, as well 8 hours between Saturday and Sunday, so 48 hours in total.
