JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote | Flexible Hours | Philippines-based preferred

About Us:

We are Sacred Body Rituals and Madre Tierra — two sister brands rooted in ritual, plant medicine, and sacred living. Based in Thailand, we create intentional products and experiences inspired by wellness, nature, and spiritual connection.

The Role:

We’re looking for a virtual administrative assistant to bring grounding, flow, and organization to our creative world. The ideal person is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, spiritually aligned, and ready to help us grow behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities:
   •   Maintain and update two websites (WordPress & Shopify)
   •   Organize and manage Google Drive (naming, folders, digital cleanup)
   •   Light bookkeeping (invoice tracking, file storage, record-keeping)
   •   Customer follow-ups (thank-you messages, gentle feedback outreach)
   •   Support our social media manager with local promotions and coordination
   •   Assist with sourcing suppliers, packaging, and materials
   •   Help with recruiting additional support staff when needed
   •   General administrative and brand support

You Are:
   •   Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
   •   Proficient with Google Workspace, Shopify, and WordPress
   •   A strong communicator with clear written English
   •   Spiritually curious or aligned with wellness, healing, or plant-based living
   •   Available part-time (20 hrs/week) during Thai working hours
   •   Based in the Philippines and comfortable working independently

Compensation:

Starting at $300/month for 20 hours/week with room to grow as the businesses expand.

To Apply:

Please send your CV and a short message introducing yourself. Tell us why this role speaks to you — and share one way you stay spiritually grounded.
