Video Editor - TikTok/Instagram Reels

We are seeking a talented and creative TikTok / Instagram Reels Video Editor to join our fast growing online real estate company.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content that resonates with our audience on TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is an hourly remote position requiring flexible hours (depending on workload) offering $5 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and produce 120+ captivating TikTok and Instagram Reels videos every month using provided photos and videos.
2. Collaborate with our CEO and social media team to understand content goals and target audience preferences.
3. Utilize creative editing techniques, effects, and transitions to enhance video content.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
5. Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and meet all technical requirements.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Provide input on creative direction and content ideas to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a short form video editor, specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
2. You must have a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Deep understanding of what makes a great social media video and the nuances of each platform.
5. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
