About Us:?At Burson Home Advisors (BursonHomeAdvisors.com), we redefine homeownership through innovative, lease-to-own solutions that make buying a home more affordable than ever. We specialize in helping families navigate pivotal life transitions, and as we expand into two new markets, we need a Rock Star Executive Assistant to help us achieve our ambitious goal of guiding dozens of families into homeownership this year.

About You:?
- You’re fluent in English, detail-oriented, and take pride in being organized.
- You’re quick to learn, open to feedback, and have a knack for communication and problem-solving.
- You thrive in structured environments, but you’re also adaptable and resourceful when faced with new challenges.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead Management: Input leads and promptly send pre-written text templates to secure appointments.
* Client Communication: Engage with clients through our CRM, Follow Up Boss, via text and email.
* Listings: Post properties on various platforms.
* Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as vendor coordination and client communication.
* Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and resourcefulness to support teammates and resolve challenges effectively.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
* Graphic design expertise (Canva or similar).
* Experience updating WordPress websites.
* Blog posting, SEO, writing, and publishing, particularly for WordPress.
* Social media strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar, especially spreadsheets
* Coachability: Open to feedback and capable of following detailed instructions.
* Quick adaptability to new platforms, such as Follow Up Boss, Calendly, and Zapier.
* Previous social media experience is a huge plus!
