VA / Customer Support Agent (E-commerce)

We’re hiring a VA/Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries, orders, returns, and admin tasks for our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and update customer databases
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:
- Experience in customer support or VA roles (E-commerce preferred)
- Strong English skills (written & spoken)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Reliable internet & full-time availability
